Feloria Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as you received it — unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, please contact us at support@feloria.shop with your order number. If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important Notes:
- Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Items marked as final sale are not eligible for a refund. However, they may be exchanged or returned for store credit. If an item is part of a limited-time promotion or clearance, the applicable return conditions will be clearly stated on the product page.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely. Feloria is not liable for returns lost or damaged during transit.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@feloria.shop so we can evaluate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Courier and Customs Charges
- Feloria is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services.
- We are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties incurred.
- If an incorrect shipping address is provided, the customer is responsible for any resulting misdelivery or return.
- We cannot guarantee that additional import charges will not apply. Please consult your local postal service or customs office for details before ordering.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 - 15 business days.
Please note:
It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund or heard from us, please contact us at support@feloria.shop.
